RDS-encoder
rds-encoder is a encoder and scheduler for RDS radio transmitters that
use the UECP protocol. This program is useful when you operate a FM
broadcast station and need to program your RDS modulator (tested and
working with Profline modulator/MPX).
Goal of this project is to provide a Linux open-source alternative
for programs like Linkline more advanced UECP encoders.
Program is developed under Linux, but the source code is reported to
also compile clean under FreeBSD
This project is also hosted/mirrored at SourceForge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/rds-encoder/

Added in this version: expirimental Stargate (AEV/SIEL ASCII protocol)
support. I don't have a Stargate, so please let me know if this works
(at all)...
